Pricing & Process

All invitations, announcements and social communiqués are created to fit your personality & tastes, the event theme & colors, and your budget…so the pricing varies depending on selected papers, embellishments, format, size and quantity. Depending on the cost of materials, number of components and how elaborate the design is, the price can vary anywhere from $4 - $8 per ensemble (for a very simple design with a couple of components) to $15 - $20 per ensemble (for something very elaborate with lots of embellishments, specialty printing and papers). I specialize in customizing Envelopments® products and carry the full line of Pocketfolds, Envelofolds, Z-Folds and cardstocks/envelopes. All components are customized and individually designed. I love working with handmade papers imported from artisans all over the world and introducing unique and innovative ways to get your message across, whether it’s important party information or introducing your newest addition.

For Wedding & Special Event Invitations: the Pocketfold or Envelopment style invitations on average cost about $8 - $15 per invite. This includes all materials, design and printing. Usually, the price per invitation includes the Pocketfold or Envelofold, outer mailing envelope, invite card, three insert cards (information or reception card, R.S.V.P. postcard, map & directions card) and a printed seal. The cost varies between the $8 - $15, depending on the type of materials and extra components you choose and if you opt to have me assemble, address & provide postage. Everything is printed color laser, unless you request otherwise. I can outsource thermography, letterpress and other specialty printing processes to one of several local printers that I work with. The envelope addresses can be printed to coordinate with your invitations for an additional charge.

As for timeframe, I typically require 6-8 weeks from concept to completion for my custom invites...this is after the initial consultation where we review materials and portfolio samples, and after you've approved the estimate and contracted me to design your invitations. Once I receive your 50% deposit to book, I will send you a list of information I need from you to begin the design process. I will then schedule the tentative start date for the design process and inform you of my timeline as far as when to expect preliminary design proofs, approval deadline for printing, delivery of materials and completion.
